Angie is passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow. She enjoys working with both youth and adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges, discover their strengths, and find practical ways to build balance and resilience.

Her counseling style is integrative and collaborative, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet each person’s unique needs.
